From all the pages of the site you can use the search engine to check for availability. Select the arrival and the departure date and then click on the search button: another page in https:// (see browser) will open, that guarantees a Secure Server connection, in which you will be able to see all the available rooms of our B&B. Choose the room/rooms that you want to reserve and click on the “Continue” button. The reservation engine will allow you to book in real time the room/rooms of your need and only by sending your credit card details as guarantee of the reservation.

The details of your credit card are requested only and exclusively to guarantee the reservation. No amount will be charged during this reservation. You will directly pay at your arrival the B&B the full amount of your stay.

As soon as you have finished with the reservation procedure you will receive a confirmation e-mail of the reservation with all the details of your stay and those of the B&B (telephone, email, address ecc.). We suggest you to print the e-mail you’ll receive as proof of your reservation. If you do not receive it please contact us. We always suggest you to make sure that the email address you filled in is correct: therefore, in the eventuality of wrong email address, you won’t be able to receive a reply message from our server and this could cause comunication problems with the B&B. Beware that it is your responsibility to verify that all the details you have given are correct.

The confirmation email will arrive as soon as you conclude the reservation process.

The reason why you do not receive the confirmation e-mail is in most cases due to the fact of mispelling your e-mail address. In this case we reccomand you to call us.

To modify a reservation you can directly contact the B&B. We will togheter agree on the requested modifications.

To cancel a reservation you will need to contact us about your cancellation. Before cancelling we recommend you read our cancellation terms in order not to incur in penalties. The cancellation terms are indicated in the: Cancellation of the reservation page or on the reservation module.

The cancellation of the reservation does not involve any added costs if carried out within the terms of our cancellation policy. In order not to incur in any penalty, you must respect the the terms and conditions of the cancellation of the B&B, that you will find published either in the cancellation of the reservation page or inside the reservation form.

The details of your credit card are sent over a cripted and certified SSl protocol (Secure Socket Layer). The certiefied SSL protocol guarantees the identity of the owners of the B&B and the transparency for the consumer. The safe transmission of your credit card details is granted by the logo of a lock that will appear on the status bar of your Browser (internet Explorer). The transmission and the reception of data connecting to Secure Servers is marked by your Browser that displays the adress of the internet site as https:// (final s) and not http://, as an ulterior confirmation of the transmission of secure and cripted data.

We will only disclose your personal information to third parties for the purposes of completing your booking through us, in order to provide you with the information or services you have requested, or with your explicit consent. In accordance with European personal data protection laws (DLgs. n. 196 of the30 june 2003), strict security procedures are observed at Clyc to prevent personal data misuse and unauthorised access.

Our server and network are protected by firewalls against unauthorized access. This means we can guarantee that it is totally safe to send us your details. We use the latest, most secure technology available, which encrypts all your personal and credit card details. The encryption method used is the industry standard “Secure Socket Layer” (SSL) technology.
