Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your reservation until 10 days before the arrival day without any charge. After that time 1 NIGHT NO-SHOW will be charged on your credit card. If you cancel the reservation 6 days before the arrival date, the 50% will be charged, if you cancel 3 days before the 75% will be charged. If you cancel during your stay or if you don't come the total amount will be charged on your credit card!. We do not accept cancellations made by phone.

Reservation Policy

If you don’t want to use our automated system, you can ask availability by phone, fax or email and after you get a booking option, you can confirm your reservation send the amount of one night by bank money transfer to:
